At Silver Waters we make wines for every taste. Dry to sweet, red, white, fruit, and flower wines. Highlighting the variety of fruits produced in the unique growing conditions of the Lake Ontario microclimate. Our wines are produced using a blend of traditional family methods and modern wine making science.
