The Wayne County Apple Tasting Tour doesn’t just have apples … we have craft beverages too! Several stops on the tour make craft beverages that are brewed in-house or outsourced from other local spots. Head out for tastings, events, local goods and more!

Embark Craft Ciderworks at Lagoner Farms

6895 Lake Ave, Williamson

Embark Craft Ciderworks creates ciders that feature the true flavors of the apple varieties sourced from their family farm, Lagoner Farms. Embark offers guests their flagship ciders along with their seasonal and limited-release ciders. In the taproom, enjoy local ciders, beer and wine, or grab a bite with friends – different specials every week!

Rootstock Cider & Spirits

3274 Eddy Road, Williamson

Rootstock crafts premium hard ciders and small-batch spirits. Open daily, they offer a full bar and a hearty food menu. Enjoy various activities like live music, corn hole, line dancing, euchre nights, trivia and more. Their spacious venue offers versatile event spaces for any occasion. JD Wine Cellars at Long Acre Farms

1342 Eddy Rd, Macedon

Come for the wine, stay for the experience! JD Wine Cellars is known for handcrafting small batches of red, white and 100% fruit wines in both bottles & cans. JD Cellars also offers a Case Club and a trail passport. Enjoy a tasting, buy some wine and explore their family owned farm, Long Acre Farms. Be sure to see if you can find your way out of the Amazing Maize Maze while visiting.

Old Goat Cidery at The Apple Shed

Sample flights of hard cider at the Old Goat Cidery tasting room. When you find your favorite, take home a growler or enjoy a hard cider slushy, flavors change weekly! Grab a table for lunch at the country café. Before heading to your next stop grab some baked goods and fresh fudge.
